Zilpah is a seasoned strategic leader with 15+ years of experience in Telecommunications, FMCG, and Public Service. She has successfully led business growth, sales, and operations across Kenya, Tanzania, and Zambia, holding key leadership roles at Nestlรฉ and Safaricom PLC. Passionate about empowering women and children, she has championed financial literacy programs to foster economic independence.

Her extensive experience in business strategy, operations management, and customer engagement seamlessly integrates into her leadership role at Little Harvard School. She is committed to fostering a learning environment that emphasizes academic excellence, innovation, and inclusivityโ€”ensuring that every child, including orphans and those from disadvantaged backgrounds, receives quality education.

Zilpah holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, MBA in Marketing, and is pursuing an MSc in Business Psychology. Certified in Six Sigma and Scrum, she blends efficiency with innovation, driving excellence in education while making a lasting social impact.

As a mother of four, Zilpah’s leadership is driven by her commitment to balancing career success with a deep passion for the well-being of families, especially women and children. Her combination of business acumen, leadership experience, and dedication to social impact makes her an inspiring figure in both professional and community development.

May is a woman of faith, a scientist, an entrepreneur, and a dedicated leader. As a co-founder and director of Little Harvard School, she is deeply committed to providing a nurturing and high-quality learning environment for children. A devoted Christian, wife to Missionary Kenneth Kizili, and a loving mother, Mayโ€™s life reflects the power of faith, hard work, and dedication.

Her scientific background and entrepreneurial spirit drive her passion for innovation in education. She believes that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive, regardless of their background.
